A Red, White & Blue Ribbon Collar is what every fashionable dog needs for the upcoming summer picnic season.  This collar is handmade and includes star sequins on the ends of the ribbons.  Retail value is $20.00.  Not for leash walking.  Will fit medium to large breed dogs with a neck size of about 16"-18". Made with elastic to stretch and slip over the head.
